also like, if I don't have my phone I can't 2fa anyway. so I wouldn't be able to log in regardless of passkeys
that is simply not a situation I would be in
I can just scan the qr code on my phone
why would I need to install something?
for everything I have passkeys on multiple devices and synced via multiple platforms. and I can use any passkey I can access on my phone to log in on another device if necessary
you can save to your browser/password manager, on apple devices you can also save to icloud keychain and on windows you can save to the device.
they're not really based on biometrics - you can use however you unlock your device to use them, eg biometric login, PIN, etc
idk I still blame you
Instruction following. Opus 4.7 is substantially better at following instructions. Interestingly, this means that prompts written for earlier models can sometimes now produce unexpected results: where previous models interpreted instructions loosely or skipped parts entirely, Opus 4.7 takes the instructions literally. Users should re-tune their prompts and harnesses accordingly.
maybe that's because of this, from the announcement?
why did you have to tell us this โน๏ธ
this tends to happen with controlled inputs
I don't use reply filters, but twitter's "accounts you follow and who they follow" is a cool option and bsky should probably add that. I get reasons for limiting replies, but it also has problems like reducing valid input, encouraging misinformation, and presumably making people follow just to reply
hmm if you have the you bar then you can swipe on it, if you don't then maybe you can't
protip: you can quickly switch between servers and DMs on any Discord app
Windows/Linux: ctrl alt โ
Mac: cmd opt โ
mobile with Tab Bar: double-tap the Home button
mobile with You Bar: swipe right on the bar
that is complete misinformation, Discord was never partnering with Palantir
firefox still doesnt support pwas???
bluesky embeds in discord already support videos
hm i'm not in any active communities, but i've gotten tweets from big communities that i'm not in on my for you tab. idk if they've changed it though
eh twitter has communities and imo they arent useful at all. I don't think community features fit this kind of platform
Nitro does not have an effect on ads, but this not an ad, it's the annual April Fools game
it's not an ad, it's the annual April Fools game

annual April fool's game
the prices should be similar to what you're currently paying in USD - are you taking the conversion rate (about 1.4) into account? the intent is just to standardize to localized pricing, not to increase the price.
We are not ending Nitro Classic - sounds like currently you're on Nitro Classic Yearly which is $50 USD = $69.55 CAD, so there isn't much of a difference here (just a slight decrease in your bill)
Screenshot of the "Search all DMs" in the gear menu in Discord search
you can search across all DMs on desktop:
This is not true - the new Favorites feature was not previously released, it lets you favorite channels from anywhere into one place. The DM Pinning feature on mobile (formerly also known as Favoriting - we know it's confusing) will remain free and we intend to bring it to desktop at some point.
what is the point then
