Should ChatGPT be administering a 3 hour long comprehensive psychological assessment prior to every use of the application, to make sure that only people of sound mind are using it?

Or should a psychiatrist have to evaluate every person before they're given a license to operate a chatbot?

Like what is ChatGPT even theoretically supposed to do in the case of someone that is mentally diseased & owns a few dozen assault weapons? Why is that not the state's fault for not following their own laws? Where is law enforcement, & why do we rely on chatbots to do that job?

The people who tell you that ChatGPT is worthless & hallucinates 100% of the time, are the exact same people claiming that ChatGPT should function like the perfect psychiatrist & treat/solve all psychiatric illness of the human that is interacting with it.

And if it doesn't, lawsuit!

This is likely to become a much broader issue & something Congress actually takes action regarding. They've had legislation that would prevent this issue for some time, but I guess figured it would never be a problem.

The govt (federal, & most state govts) exist in a sort of wink-nod arrangement with all of these commercial facilities, where the commercial facilities promise 😉 to do things all above board, in exchange for the government to promise to NEVER have any oversight, testing, or enforcement of the law!

Even when it's not treated with actual sewage, it will frequently be treated with all of the runoff from meat packing plants & produce packing plants, who are constantly rinsing off meat & blood & guts. All of that gets saved & then applied, untreated, onto the soil that grows your shredded lettuce!

What people in the US don't totally grasp is, that when you buy non-organic produce, you're often buying produce grown in soil that's "treated" numerous times yearly with actual sewage as fertilizer. No really.

I don't care about the "GMO" part of organic. But I do care about the "no sewage" part.
