Rothesay is looking good there....
I think I Daniel Blake was one of the most powerful films I've ever watched with it's look at the totally degrading welfare system
That reminds me of the Jack Nicholson film the Shining for some reason ๐ฑ
Testament of Youth compared to the original TV series and book was a really weak interpretation that drifted notably away from the book
Ring of Bright Water was a wonderful book and film. I can't remember if the used the other two books in the trilogy to make films? Bill Travers was a much more attractive personality in that role than the real Gavin Maxwell was
Django unchained was a brutal movie. Very very different from Operation Petticoat and it's strange to see them together
Communication from the club in general is deplorable. E mails go unanswered. Given the low level of ST sales you'd think they'd be falling over themselves to answer ST queries. Eventually I had to go to one of the fan reps to get an answer.
I often wonder if he still had the lamp
Maybe it's living in retirement in Maidens
Beautiful place. Been once before COVID. Wish I could go again
I do love Victoria plums. Much better than the horrid purple things you get in the supermarkets
Midnight Express was a powerful movie at that time. Jaws a load of hokum.
Jimmy Stewart was a genuine war hero. Flew at least 25 bomber missions as did Clark Gable
Popular is maybe stretching it a bit far for Reagan. I'm sure he was nearly always in B movies and was once out acted by a monkey ๐ ๐
This made me laugh ๐ Well, seeing you're in Edinburgh. Lawns! Very posh. Here in the West, it's the back or front grass LOL
The timing by the club of the last renewal date at the end of July, to retain your allocated seat, is particularly poor about pay and pension dates. Another sign that the club's senior leadership is out of touch with ordinary fans
Or maybe the leadership at the club don't like being told the truth?
If was a bit of a cult film back when I was at school
Ah! Good lineup, but whatever happened to Paul Young?
Please support my former colleagues by trying to get this simple change through that would increase their safety

Unnecessary except the chairman knows the writing is on the wall for him and another in a whole series of misteps and poor communication. This is his attempt at retaliation and it's time for the major shareholders to remove him
The issue is with the leadership of the board and that needs changing
You know I always wondered how they recycled the Hessian bags I use for storing my tatties when harvested
Unloaded a load of CDs at the St Andrew's Hospice superstore in Airdrie if you are ever up that direction
Strange appointment. How on earth they think Pressley is an improvement on Docherty is unbelievable
Oh dear Cliff Pilchard
Having presided over this and a poor season he should be considering his position and standing down. I'll be seriously considering if a season ticket is worthwhile this coming season
Then rubbing salt in the wound with a season ticket price increase whilst offering nothing extra but you can have something extra if you pay another ยฃ50 is again treating fans with contempt.
Completely unimpressive interview and lacking transparency in actually what happened in the shambles of the recruitment of a new manager. Trying to create the illusion that somehow Mark Wilson was in anyway the intended original choice is treating fans like mugs.
