Based on the painting “The Angel of the birds” by Frantisek Dovrak. This artpiece is a study. The motive was changed to depict Grian, who takes up most of the canvas, with all the snails from wild life session 3. Grian is looking down on his snail Gary, which he is holding in both hands. Gary looks back at him. Grians head is within a circle of light, that can be seen as his halo. The circle is filled. A bigger circle of light that is only enlighted on its line travels from above Grians head to the sides of the canvas and Grians knee, which is bend forward. The circle takes up this space for the top half of the canvas. On the lower half is the rest of Grians robe that is covering his legs fully and the snails who are approaching. The painting has a lot of pastel colours with yellow being the dominant one. The ribe is not white but yellow, turquoise and greyish brown where shadows are casted on. Similar to that are the wings with the difference being hhat they are mostly on the green and purple spectrum. The painting is bordered by a darker ocre frame on ehich there are brown marks. The sides are covered in bigger swirls, with most of them showing only their half as the rest is cut off. There are four corner borders. The shape is that of an L, with both of its lines being of the same lenght. Inside of the shaoe are two swirls that are facing inwards and a leaf on each side. The top and bottom corner both have three hearts on their left and right side, left and right of them are three dots each and in the middle there are dice. The dice on the top has got one heart and he dice on the bottom has got six hearts. The aforementioned hearts next to the dice have little arms. The first in the rows gestures outward, the second inward and the third both inward and outward that makes it look like its got two leaves attached. The snails and where they are: Gary sits in Grians hands, Snailman (Skizz) and Snumbo are crawling up on Grians robe. The others gather around on ground.
