I don't double sleeve my edh decks, so even with lots of tokens it's way too big. It's a shame, as I like the design, they're just way too big for what I want.

I've had the same challenge recently, and am trying to de-ultimate guard my deckboxes.

I find the Bastion way too big unfortunately, the 100+ model feels more like it's designed for 150 cards. I really like the Heavy Play 100+ deckboxes but they're really hard to find.

I love the Heavy Play deckboxes but I'd caution against using those sleeves in an RCQ, fresh sleeves had noticeable splitting within four rounds of Dimir Terror in Pauper, and I even had to replace a sleeve mid event
