In a workplace with very limited toilets and often a long queue
I think it’s a huge problem. !
Hybrid/remote working has in some ways has blurred the line between work and personal life.

Our hospitals are full to the brim as so many people who are ready to go home cannot get home due to lack of care availability, or accessible housing. The knock on effect means no space in wards =no movement in A&E
Profiteering from vulnerable children robs councils of vital resources and has consistently been shown to be bad for children and workers. Government should end this scandal and resource councils to keep children in their communities.

It’s absolutely vital that the Government uses its mandate and majority to deliver a National Care Service. Millions of workers and care and support recipients can’t wait any longer and their voice is crucial to getting this right.
