#TTRPG Critical Hits that only do extra damage are boring. Roll 1D6, 1: Stunned unable to attack next round, 2: Blinded by blood -2 on all actions for 5 rounds, 3: Knocked prone, 4: Weapon or shield broken, 5: Disarmed, 6: Bind wounds or die in 6 rounds.

#TTRPG I once played in a 48 hour RPG session, everyone in the group took a turn GMing, everyone doing different games. One of the best moments was in "Aftermath", pissing from above onto an enemy guard's chips, coining the term "piss on his chips" forever more.
