What is it called when government owns the means of production again?

We’ve reached a point in time where congress should be filling out time sheets.

We pay them exorbitant salaries & have no clue how much they work & what they’re doing. When congress is on a break, they’re still supposed to be working.

It is not a part time gig & we need to know they’re working!
