Opened my first booster pack of @neuroscapetcg.bsky.social and pulled a Quantum Rare foil, Terry!!

I have played too few of your games but I admire the designs of the ones I have played.
My heart is still with A Game of Thrones CCG. The LCG was good too, but I liked the CCG better.
I'm still dying to know how Cyberpunk Afterlife card game played!
Wow sounds great.
You have piqued my interest to find out what is Locard's exchange principle.

This book kicks ass and I love it. I think you will too.
I just finished an advanced reader copy of her sequel, Villain, which comes out in a couple months and it's epic!
And I have an idea for a card game that is not war focused, and can be played competitive or cooperative. Collecting spice, dodging sandworms, outwitting your opponents.
Let's see if I can put something together for rules and prototypes.
Dune is such an epic. So massive in scope, the primary action of the first 3 novels is focused on Arrakis, the Fremen, and the conflicts over Spice.
It deserves an epic card game, because the old Dune CCG from 30 years ago was over-complicated and cumbersome. Dune deserves slick modern gameplay.

I put very little thought or energy into the "alpha gamer problem" as a designer. There are a lot of such bugaboos that you can't really solve without stripping the life out of many designs. It's not my job to tell your pushy friend to shut up during your turn. That's a boundary you need to set.
This looks like a wild game!
That looks like hilarious fun!
This book is a tornado of emotions, a hell of a fun ride, and I couldn't look away!
Do NOT miss this sequel to Hench, by #nataliezinawalschots @WmMorrowBooks scifipunk.blogspot.com/2026/01/book...
An epic rendition of the pop classic. Portishead still dominate.

Looking forward to reading it!

Also heavily considering purchasing Root for iPad. But... is it close enough to the tabletop game? If I learn the iPad version, can I go straight to tabletop and pretty much know what I'm doing?
Played Ticket To Ride with the visiting family (non-gamers), everyone had a great time and really enjoyed it. I won with 146.
My wife bought me Roll For The Galaxy. ❤️ Her. Now I have a new project, read and comprehend the rules.
I have 2 books on my TBR list for 2026 from @edashtonwriting.bsky.social The Fourth Consort and Mal Goes To War.
I recommend this book, for a wild and eye opening ride!

Make a Bond film casual:
The Overcast Daylights

"I was a television version of a person with a broken heart." - 'Pink Rabbits' by The National

"But if your life is such a big joke, why should I care?" - 'Leif Erikson' by Interpol
Among others
This makes me sad.
AI sucks in manifold and increasing ways. And kids clearly are already being affected negatively, and will be increasingly.
I design games. And help develop my friends games. So happy to connect with others!
I see that Louis in German is Ludwig.
But the coin doesn't match Castles of Mad King Ludwig.
Sorry.
Just trying to be helpful.
Or Bohemia?
The Latin for the coin reads, essentially "Louis the first by the grace of God, King of Bohemia"
The coin appears to match the coins in the game Bohemian Villages.
These look similar to the coins in Louis XIV.
The possibility space here is really exciting
It was my pleasure!
