Season 7

Todd Nauck created Cassie specifically for the end of the Teen Titans tie-in comic. She appeared in the last 2 issues hinting at plans for Wonder Girl in future seasons.

The other designs were requests for what the characters would have looked like in verse.

So, this is all the YJ designs made by Todd Nauck for TT03. Pretty much the core team but swap out Tim for Cass lmao

I should compile all the YJ designs actually by Todd Nauck. I like to think one day we would have got an epilogue type episode or movie even where we see the definitive future of this universe where the Titans team up with Young Justice.

Yeah, I need to post on here more often. Just not sure what I want to make “my thing” yet.

Rn starting with the bad knowledge we from TT03’s version and inserting what can still work while making the reveals based of the divergences and differences in the shows approach.

Like why does Slade what an apprentice and world domination in this version

She does give those vibes

Yeah, unused design by Todd Nauck. There seems to be a couple other I've found diving for any other ideas I can get for where the series was going.

Remixing the backgrounds of Blackfire and Slade to fit the style of the show has been so much fun.

Hope it turns out into something enjoyable.

Thinking about whether I should tie her background more to Robin & The Titans or stick closer to her Earth One origin with the Batfam.

I think making her more independent from the Batfamily and more inspired by Robin, hearing of his past adventures, to take on the title of Batgirl as a Titan.

Bette showing up immediately as Flamebird in TT03 universe is exactly why I'm going to decide to adapt the tie-in comics in a new context rather than 1 to 1.

Very excited to write out a story with Robin meeting "Batgirl" and the possible comedy that can come from it.

Also, Mirage is here I guess

This for example is an exchange I'd like to have but I'd want the context too be much different. Plus, not everyone will and has seen the tie-in comics so leaving this here wouldn't do justice.

Been flying through Teen Titans '03 content.

Deciding what or what not I'll be considering canon and though a lot of the ideas of the tie-in comics are good, officially canon as well, I think it would be better for me personally to reimagine them differently for a continuation.

I love the look of spaceships and general architecture in retro sci-fi comics.

So, following teams I think could make sense to appear and reappear if Teen Titans '03 continued:

- Doom Patrol
- Omega Men
- The Outsiders
- Infinity Inc (Cool multiverse episode maybe)
- Young Justice (Cassie appeared later in the tie-in comics)
- Justice League (though to a very small extent)

So vibrant, again the colors really pop here.

It's also really interesting to read something so disconnected from the usual corners of DC we see, enjoying this so far.

A little gore on the first page to set the mood

Very Random Sidenote, I always loved how vibrant the coloring of comics was pre 2000s.
