I know! I have the case tabbed so I can check the results when they come out.

She had a torsed ovary with 2 twists and this cyst. Thankfully the ovary was saved and didn’t have to be removed.

For today’s photo, we have papillary excrescences in a 10 cm ovarian cyst wall in a 17 year old. These are generally not a good sign, marking borderline or malignant tumors.
