and i think my real issue with minecrafts progression is it's just SO SHORT compared to terrarias. you can get netherite like- day 1 in vanilla mc.

this also made me realize why i like divine rpg. it added more to minecraft's dimension based progression system.

what bosses are to terraria dimensions are to minecraft. each boss/dimension opens up new crafting ingredients to progress your equipment. eye of cthulu: demonite. nether: netherite. eater of worlds: hardmode ores. the end: elytra, shulkers, purpur, etc.

you know- looking at mods like the aether and abyssal craft has made me realize that i just didn't understand minecrafts progression. i used to yap a lot about how i like terrarias progression system more than minecrafts, but i just didn't understand minecrafts progression.
