I finished reading this over the weekend and it is phenomenal. Highly recommend this book, especially for our current times.

had BIGGER crowds at events for To Catch A Fascist, which New Yorker says is among “BEST BOOKS OF 2026,” & which a STARRED Publisher’s Weekly review called an “urgent, eye-opening debut” & a “heart-pounding & heartening glimpse of the fight against fascism..” www.simonandschuster.com/books/To-Cat...

New: Why Was the Prairieland Jury Persuaded to Convict Given the Government’s Weak Case?

Questions linger about a “loud uproar” in the jury room on the day of the verdict as juror misconduct is alleged in a post-verdict motion seeking a new trial.

The same week the NYTimes was devoting its significant resources to producing this ridiculous piece about Lauren Sanchez Bezos's call for rich people to not worry and be happy, Ryan Hass, an independent journalist in Oregon, was investigating this horrifying story about a death in an Amazon plant.

know pointing out this kind of hypocrisy doesn’t accomplish much but am imagining the five-alarm fire at Fox News if Obama posted an illustration of himself as Jesus

'We Are in a Completely Mask-Off Fascist Moment' Dan Clayton talks to Christopher Mathias about his book 'To Catch a Fascist', on the secret war waged by US anti-fascists against the far-right, and what happens when extremists now sit in government

Hey! Been nothing but nice to you and your tone is weird? I’m a professional too? A journalist who wrote a book on this subject. I don’t disagree with Tom’s point? Your argument is what? we shouldn’t use the word Antifa? it’s not real? Read the book before you argue that pls. Have a nice day!

I was just reading about this guy!

Strongly recommend this book, btw. It's so rare to see antifa treated with even a shred of respect outside of far-left circles, so this has been a breath of fresh air.

I've studied so many concentration camps through history that held vulnerable people in just this kind of crowded squalor. You demonize people, you demand more arrests, this is what you get. It already has its own budget and its own momentum, and is on track to go much further, unless we stop it.

Speaking to his supporters after the verdict, Caravello criticized federal agents for "kidnapping" people and "indiscriminately using weapons against us."

“The least we should be able to do is throw a fucking tear gas canister away from us, he said.

I am so angry. Two Durham, NC kids - 11-year-old Genesis and 6-year-old Denis of Burton Elementary Magnet School - were taken by ICE at their regular asylum case appointment, and immediately deported without due process.
