2017's Superior Spider-Man episodes are at their best when they're focusing on adapting the story for their intended audience. This episode has some lackluster guest stars, but it really, really impresses me with how it tackles Peter seeing Otto's memories of being abused. Very high highs, imo.

Sure, a few Avengers are suspicious of Spider-Man and get roped into an action-packed plan to stop M.O.D.O.K. But the real meat here is Peter venturing through Otto’s memories of childhood abuse. It’s upsetting!

I don't know why it took so long to register in my brain why, but this design has always been so charming to me, and it's the friggin' webbing. The webbing going in the "wrong" direction makes Spider-Man look so silly (complimentary) and cute.
