I have an Important Meeting in an hour or so which means I will be totally unable to get anything done between now and then...

Yeah, that's exactly what happened! On the next page, there was a query and I was like, oh you're wrong about this. You're not all-knowing! Then I breezed through it.

My first copyedit from the writing POV I opened the document, read the first query where they asked me to clarify a terrible sentence, and closed my laptop. Didn't get back to it for two days. This is after having been a copyeditor for over a decade and currently being an editor.
