I am a few months in. Exercising. That is tough. I do not get hungry but I have PTSD and can no longer numb out with food or smokes. That is tough. But I am doing it.

I call it Bariatric boot camp. It prepares you. No short cuts. It will pay off post op.

You can have half a slice of pizza after bloating the grease. You can have sushi. Fish is healthy. You will actually not only have a longer life but quality of life. Being scared is normal. This is life changing.

I had gastric bypass in February. It is transformative. I have already lost 43 pounds and I am not hungry. It does not just restrict the amount of food u can eat, it changes your metabolism. Best decision I ever made. Good luck.
