This is by the Vamp Survivor devs, and its pretty amusing how well they have translated over the gameplay systems from VS to this game. However I'm curious how well it will do since I feel like the audience is a different group to VS.

The game is : Cargo Hunters!
A extraction-type shooter where you control mechs and gather loot. The controls and movement feel just right, the devs knew what to focus on for a vertical slice. Hopefully its PvE and focused on Co Op play! I think the genre has plenty of room left for exploration.

Yeah, I was doing this method too when I used to make highpoly work. I havent touched Zbrush in awhile tho and Im not good enough with Blenders sculpting tools yet!
How do you start your lowpoly mesh? Do you sculpt something out first in highpoly? Do you use a base mesh?
For this 3d model, I was trying to focus on topology and then moving things around with sculpting tools. Definitely needs more tweaking but its starting to look acceptable XD.

Comparing the same model at different tri counts and render resolution and each feels so different IMO. 1.2k tris rendered at Nintendo DS resolution being my favorite.

The game is Dragon Quest: Rocket Slime!
The pixel art is top notch, and the game loop, while simple, is pretty enjoyable!
It kinda leaves me wanting more, and I wish the tank customization could be deeper. A game expanding on this design could be very interesting.

The game is Bioshock 2.
I loved Bioshock 1 immensely when it came out, but I never got around to play the 2nd installment, until now.
Rapture's art direction and world-building is still breathtaking and a joy to play through.
