The first section improves the all-or-nothing ability and very high intensity endurance. The second trains your system to clear waste while still under load. The third section trains either leg muscle endurance or cardiovascular endurance.
All this is dont with strict nasal breathing, no breaks.

My structure:
- Ride at 100 cadence/24kmph at medium to heavy resistance for at least 1 mile, going longer every now and then.
- 5 minute recovery, riding at 5 to 10kmph at low resistance.
- Either
- Higher Zone 2 HR for as long as possible.
- Heavy/Very-Heavy resistance at 16kmph until failure
Today I managed. 24kmph at medium to heavy resistance at 100 cadence for just over a mile in 2 minutes 36 seconds on my magnetic bike. No breaks. Strict nasal breathing.
The hardest part was genuinely the nasa breathing, I believe my lung budget was drained too quickly, which can be trained.
Proton 11 Beta 1 looks to be working fine so far. Better FPS mins and maxs than GE Proton 34 in Doom The Dark Ages.
Hopefully the european jet fuel crisis pushes far more for renewable alternatives in aviation and NOT for a push for more aggressivism to getting the oil back.

Well. Hello there.
I need to see how well my body handles the largest portion size of the day (with 100g more chicken) and this is a good sign. When I start, my appetite should be a lot higher and just 11g of fats should give me a lot of room to eat other things.
Just did a bodybuilding diet test. I need to eat 3 portions of 125g pasta and 166g of chicken each throughout a single day as the daily core meal (only has 11g fat) with 1 to 2g of salt.
So, I just tried a bit larger, 200g of pasta and 200g of chicken at once. Only just managed it.
Knives are out!
