A tweet from Representative Thomas Massie that reads:
I just viewed 2 Top Secret FISA docs.
1) FISA Court opinion that raises serious concerns about FBI implementation of FISA 702.
2) letter by Senator Wyden describing a secret government interpretation of FISA law.
The Constitution requires I vote No on FISA 702 reauthorization.
I sent a classified letter to House and Senate colleagues about a secret interpretation of surveillance law that every American should be concerned about.
Representative Massie is right. The Constitution requires EVERY member to vote against a clean reauthorization.

INTRODUCTION
In light of escalating, imminent risks to the safety of the named
plaintiffs and the putative class, Appellees respectfully file this renewed,
emergency motion for the Court immediately to lift the administrative stay
of the district court's injunction. Intervening events that post-date the
parties filings have created an urgent need for intervention to prevent
irreparable injury to the named plaintiffs, protesters, and observers.
This morning a second Minnesotan, Alex Pretti, was killed by federal
agents. In response, Appellees anticipate that thousands of protesters and
observers will continue to take the streets to exercise their constitutional
rights. As the thousands of federal agents deployed to Operation Metro Surge interact with those protesters and observers, it is more essential than
ever to reinstate the district court's narrow, considered injunction to prevent
violent retaliation against individuals exercising their constitutional rights.
BREAKING: Minnesota plaintiffs ask federal appeals court to allow protections for those exercising constitutional rights following today's ICE killing of Alex Pretti.
They ask the 8th Circuit to lift the admin stay issued in the First/Fourth Amend case.

National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.
Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.

“But what deeply troubles me now is that for all the steps we've taken toward integration, I've come to believe that we are integrating into a burning house."
Dr. King said this famous quote on March 27th, 1968, mere days before his murder. But the context around the quote is interesting...
