Xion is also Sora's nobody, but gets kairi appearance because during kh1 there where connected.

While Aqua is putting Ventus somewhere safe,Ven's heart fully merges with Sora's to heal. resulting in Sora having two hearts.

in KH1, when Sora rips his heart out to bring Kairi back. He releases 3 hearts resulting in 3 nobodies. Roxas, Namine and Xion (kinda).

Ventus final battle happens in Ven's heart magical arena (the kh1 tutorial place). Vanitas is trying to take control. And from Aqua's point, she sees ventus turning into vanitas,

Ven wins by ripping his heart out, destroying vanitas and putting him in a comma.

One piece stays with Ven's body, and the other gets connected to Sora, healing Ven enough to get back up but with amnesia.
During the events BBS, he gets his memories back. When Xehanort explains that Vanitas is Ven's dark self, he looks like Sora, because of the connection Ven and Sora have.

So since you got confused why Ven and Sora are linked and why Roxas and Vanitas look like the other's clone let me try explain.

Ven was Xehanorts' student before Eraqus. He trained Ventus to open Kingdom Hearts, but the training for Ven to get the "Darkness" broke his heart.
