Investing in nutrition saves lives, strengthens community and supports recovery in fragile contexts.

2/ Humanitarian financing in free fall: decreasing ODA of 7.1% among OECD DAC members, with humanitarian aid down 9.6%, has caused disruption of proven nutrition programmes & supply chains for lifesaving treatments like RUTF.
The EU must show leadership and ensure predictable, sustained funding.
1/ Nutrition is a lifesaving humanitarian action. Yet global nutrition crises are worsening in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. With 16% of children under 5 acutely malnourished in #Gaza, the upcoming Humanitarian Communication must place nutrition at the heart of the EU humanitarian policy.
The season is upon us, but it appears not everyone has been invited to the ball.
While industry leaders enjoyed red carpets in Antwerp, 270+ civil society groups are demanding their own ball ahead of #EUCO.
