How it feels doing literally any task right now.

New phone has been acquired and finally set up. Didn't really want a new one but apparently they pulled one last thing over on us and made the phone incompatible with other carriers. But free phones are free I guess, just hate having to redo settings and wait on a new case...

I guess one good(?) thing about my kids not wanting to ever go to bed is I am still unable to cry or anything until they get out of here, but boy has it been difficult to hold back. I'm aware they realize it though since daughter built a Jigglypuff statue in her game for me a while ago.

I love Tamon's Rain. I can listen to this song forever and it's just what I need right now. I am sad they delayed the last episode, and sad for a lot of other things, so I have treated myself to the manga and ordered the first 10 volumes now. I will get to see Rintarou one way or another.

Seeing the Tales community talk about how we did nothing at all for ToLi and ToC after all the effort we put in is just really icky on top of seeing all my NuC stuff get copied by more prominent people and praised as their own. I am really getting hit hard with the why do I do anything feel lately.

I keep thinking I wanna give up on playing all the other mobile games so I don't feel like this, but I'm only still attached to NuC and I can't fathom giving that one up. I only do minimum on FEH and LN but LN especially, being the same company as MLQC, makes me question why I should stay.

Managed to get through every bit of content I had put off finally for MLQC, but boy did it take a lot of time. I still don't think I'm ready at all, but today's the last day I can reasonably do anything. I hate how everything can just go, just like that. Staff is even closing discord asap...

(I do get why, it's the idiots in charge that messed with everything, and the idiots that keep voting for them and allowing them to do it. We almost had nice things with the filing tool but they had to take it away.)

Somehow the bank account is incorrect on tax returns so gonna be a long wait... Thankfully it's an omitted digit at the end so at least it's not someone else's account. Don't get why we don't have systems to fix stuff like that in 2026 but ok.

The kids being able to get up at weird times for the blood moon and then quoting Zelda has been one of the fun times of home schooling.

Absolutely heartbreaking to know we decided to help with an unauthorized war that targeted a bunch of school kids. It's always an embarrassment to be a part of this country.

Learning about this Challenger mission in 5th grade is what inspired me to go into Aerospace Engineering. I wanted to work on the shuttles and ensure safety for future missions. They were decommissioned before I finished college so that didn't quite happen, but I still will always hold the memories.

I do attempt to purchase what I enjoy when it is licensed and physically released here to make up for my reading it freely first, and there are many titles I would not have ever read if not for those kinds of sites. But alas, I do get why they go down, too.

Boo at losing a particular website that helped me through this past year. I have done a lot of reading to keep me sane, and now I have to find another place to do so on. I will miss the comments in particular since they made me laugh after each chapter.

Daughter and I finally finished Heated Rivalry at her insistence and while it wasn't bad or anything, I can definitely see I am spoiled by all the shounen-ai/yaoi I've encountered over the years. I did enjoy the side couple thing though.
