Many of these grantee partners are also distributing Know-Your-Rights toolkits for immigrant workers, employers, and community members.

Partners Latino Union Chicago, Arise Chicago, and Warehouse Workers for Justice are working with day laborers, restaurant workers and employers, and workers protected by the Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement (DALE) program to ensure workers know their rights and are protected from retaliation.
This week, the IRS announced that it will share tax information with ICE. Anticipating this decision, grantee partners Centro de Trabajadores Unidos and Immigrant Solidarity DuPage announced a lawsuit to maintain taxpayer privacy and prohibit unlawful disclosure of tax records to ICE.
