No joke: I got angry hate mail today for writing an obituary of a Black woman scientist—because the person felt she did didn’t deserve the recognition.

We’ve been speaking out against KOSA since it was introduced in 2022 by Marsha Blackburn, a bigot and outspoken advocate for censoring trans people off the internet in effort to “protect children from the transgender in this culture.” KOSA has ALWAYS been about censorship and suppression.
The internet should be free for everyone, but these bills like KOSA and the SCREEN Act are saying the opposite. Maybe if this country had listened to us and oppose SESTA/FOSTA, or if parents just do their job to make proper decisions with their kids' phones, we wouldn't be in this dystopian reality.
This is your reminder to call your reps to say no to bills such as KOSA and SCREEN. And also to prevent Section 230 from being destroyed.
We must continue fighting for free speech and privacy on the internet
If you don’t have money to donate to folks, why not donate some of your time to holding greedy landlords accountable?
