Yes, so I would have had collaboration time every afternoon for; planning, CPD, school visits, moderation, resource management, pupil focus groups, action planning review and evaluations, preparation for staff meeting facilitation, reflective practice, lesson study, collaborative planning

Totally agree, having worked in different school systems, whereby there was regular collaboration time, it hinders development for leadership for teaching and learning.

This is an interesting point @humphreyjones.bsky.social. How practical is LAOS in guiding leaders and teachers? Are roles defined clearly? There often isn't opportunity or incentive. #edchatie
