I don’t personally know how to do this, but I found this Apple support answer that seems to give instructions on how to do so after where it says “Go to settings”. Hope it helps!

On an iPhone
→ Settings
→ Privacy & Security
→ Tracking
→ Turn off the slider for, "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
