Great, shocking reporting on the origins of the Supreme Court maneuver that has enabled Trump to impose his agenda without full-blown legal review. Roberts resented the Obama admin’s EPA and wanted quick protection for oil companies.

Congress has the right and the obligation to end Trump’s chaos! Your oath is to the Constitution. Yet while President Donald Trump continues to violate its limits, Congress remains dangerously passive. This administration has launched military action toward Iran without proper congressional authorization, openly disregarding the Constitution’s clear assignment of war-making authority to Congress. At the same time, the executive branch has attempted to override the Fourteenth Amendment by decree, punish political opponents through federal power, and expand executive authority far beyond anything the framers intended. But the abuse does not stop there. Under this administration, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has become the blunt instrument of an increasingly lawless federal agenda. Detention camps are expanding, families are held in degrading conditions, and federal agents operate with alarming opacity and minimal accountability. Communities are being destabilized while enormous public resources are diverted into a detention apparatus that increasingly resembles a parallel system of punishment outside meaningful oversight. Instead of correcting this growing constitutional crisis at home, the President now escalates conflict with Iran. This is governance by chaos. A president who cannot manage lawful conduct within his own administration has no authority to drag the nation toward another war. Congress has both the power and the obligation to stop this. Invoke the War Powers Resolution. Halt unauthorized military action against Iran immediately. Launch serious oversight into the conduct, expansion, and abuses of ICE detention and enforcement practices. Reassert the authority that the Constitution explicitly places in your hands. If Congress fails to act now, you will not merely be neglecting your duty—you will be surrendering the constitutional balance that protects the republic itself.

Urge Congress to Assert Constitutional Authority and Check Executive Overreach I am writing to urge you to exercise Congress's constitutional authority as a coequal branch of government and provide meaningful oversight of executive actions that are harming American families and our national security. Recent military escalations demonstrate the urgent need for congressional action. According to recent reports, the United States has conducted extensive strikes on Iran's military infrastructure, sunk an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean, and attacked an Iranian drone carrier. A deadly blast at an Iranian school has been linked to a U.S. airstrike. These military operations appear to be expanding without adequate congressional authorization or public debate about their strategic objectives and potential consequences. Meanwhile, American families are struggling with rising prices and increasing unemployment. These economic pressures are being compounded by policy decisions that lack proper legislative scrutiny. The Constitution grants Congress the power of the purse and the authority to declare war precisely to prevent unchecked executive action during times of crisis. I am particularly concerned that Congress has abdicated its responsibility to debate and authorize military action. The expansion of military operations in the Middle East and Indian Ocean represents a significant escalation that could draw the United States into a broader regional conflict. Russia has reportedly provided Iran with information to strike U.S. military assets, demonstrating how quickly these situations can spiral beyond control. I urge you to demand full briefings on current military operations, reassert Congress's war powers authority, and hold hearings on the economic impact of current policies on working families. The American people deserve representatives who will stand up for constitutional governance regardless of which party controls the White House. Will you commit to using your legislative authority to provide meaningful oversight and push back against policies that are harming your constituents?

Investigate DOGE's Damage to Social Security and Restore Services Congress must immediately investigate the Department of Government Efficiency's infiltration of the Social Security Administration and reverse the damage done. The inspector general is now investigating a former DOGE official who allegedly took a flash drive containing sensitive beneficiary information to a new employer. This breach puts every American at risk. Remove all DOGE servers and former DOGE staffers embedded in Social Security. Issue new Social Security numbers to all Americans whose data has been compromised. DOGE was sold as a cost-saving measure, but it has cost us far more than it ever pretended to save. Restore the services that were gutted. Rehire the experienced staffers who were fired, reopen the offices that were closed, and staff the phone lines so Americans can actually get help when they need it. Right now, people who depend on Social Security cannot reach anyone. This is unacceptable. Launch a full congressional investigation into what DOGE did across all federal agencies and hold those responsible accountable. The American people deserve to know how their personal information was handled and what other damage was done in the name of efficiency.

Demand Hegseth's Removal for Wasteful Pentagon Spending I'm calling on you to support the immediate removal of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and launch a full investigation into the Pentagon's wasteful spending under his leadership. The evidence demands accountability. In September 2025, Hegseth's Pentagon spent $93.4 billion on grants and contracts, with $50.1 billion blown in just the last five working days of the month. This wasn't emergency spending for national security. The Pentagon spent $15.1 million on ribeye steak, $6.9 million on lobster tail, $2 million on Alaskan king crab, and $225.6 million on furniture including an $1,800 chair. They bought a $98,329 Steinway grand piano for the Air Force chief of staff's home while American families struggle to afford groceries and medicine. This abuse of "use-it-or-lose-it" funding rules is theft from taxpayers. Hegseth spent our money on luxury items and foreign contracts totaling $6.6 billion while Americans face impossible choices between food and prescriptions. His leadership has been marked by extremism, constitutional violations, and now financial corruption. Support impeachment proceedings. Demand full reimbursement of wasteful expenditures. The American people deserve better than a Defense Secretary who treats our tax dollars like a personal slush fund.

History will remember if you chose courage or complicity Reports from detention facilities run by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement describe overcrowding, inadequate medical care, prolonged confinement, family separation, and detainees treated as less than human. These are not administrative inconveniences. They are warning signs of a system that has abandoned basic human dignity and the rule of law. History teaches us exactly where this kind of normalization can lead. The earliest camps established in Nazi Germany—including Dachau concentration camp—did not begin as death camps. They began as detention sites justified by fear, propaganda, and the claim that certain groups were dangerous outsiders. Over time, indifference and political cowardice allowed those systems to expand into something far more monstrous. No nation that values democracy should ignore those historical warnings. Under the leadership of Donald Trump, immigration enforcement has been transformed into a sprawling detention apparatus that too often prioritizes cruelty, spectacle, and political theater over justice and humanity. When government power is used to cage vulnerable people under degrading conditions, Congress has a duty to act. The Constitution does not permit silence in the face of abuse of power. The responsibility now lies with United States Congress to investigate, confront these policies, and pursue impeachment if warranted by the evidence. History will remember whether you chose courage—or complicity.

Abuse: Epstein, House harassment, bombing a school , ICE. STOP THESE NOW I see a through-line connecting (1) the Epstein pedophile and trafficking crimes, (2) the House of Representatives vote NOT to release information about internal investigations of sexual abuse and harrassment and (3) the bombing of a girls school in Iran. And (4) the abusive treatment of women and children (including pregnant ones) in ICE detention. That line of connection is impunity for men's crimes against women and girls. Congress is complicit -- as long as you enable, tolerate, and fund these abuses. History and future generations will record you as enablers of trafficking, abuse, cruelty, and killing. Let's take a close look: 1. The Epstein file disclosure by DOJ has flouted the Epstein files transparency act. A trafficking and abuse scheme ran for years. It was condoned. It is implicated with blackmail possibly by other nations. Investigations were dropped in Florida, New Mexico and New York. Trump himself is implicated with allegations of child rape and abuse. He is already guilty of sexual assault. -- only one person is now serving time for this: Ghislaine Maxwell. There has been no justice for the survivors. It appears that Trump and his regime are engaged in a monumental coverup and distraction ploys. In short: the president is at worst a pedophile rapist and at best an enabler of child rape and trafficking by his best friend. Why does congress permit this? The UN is now calling the Epstein scandal what it is: a global criminal enterprise. And based on the files, they suggest it qualifies as crimes against humanity. 2. Sexual misconduct and harassment in Congress itself: The U.S. House of Representatives voted 357-65 to block the release of internal reports detailing sexual misconduct and harassment allegations involving members of Congress. The move prevents public disclosure of investigative records compiled through the congressional accountability process. WHY? And if you are going to attend to corruption, tell us how much money is being diverted to paid settlements? Get your own house in order! This vote brings Congress into disrepute. -- I now have learned that this bill was rushed to the floor with insufficient care to protect the identities of survivors, and without consideration of how to protect due process or to clarify which allegations were found to not have a case. It is beyond disreputable to fail to follow a sound process for such a bill. Please remove Speaker Johnson: it is his responsibility to ensure the house WORKS appropriately. 3. The US bombed a girls elementary school in Iran. More than 150 were killed. The UN education agency, UNESCO, says that the bombing of a primary school during the US and Israeli military attacks on Iran on Saturday constitutes a grave violation of humanitarian law. (4) Verified reports of rape, abuse, and cruel conditions in ICE detentions have circulated widely. I am appalled. You should be too. YOU ARE ENABLING THIS BY FUNDING IT. No more funds for ice, no more detention centers. Let's sum up: st home, abroad, in your workplace and across the US, this Congress is condoning and enabling, by its in action and by its funding, abuse of women and girls. It's time to STOP the elite impunity. What you are permitting is EVIL. DO YOUR JOB: no more impunity, no more funding. Please reply to acknowledge that you see this problem and let me know how you will address it.

Vote YES on the Iran War Powers Resolution Text SIGN PKEJNU to 50409 — I am writing to strongly urge you to vote YES on the bipartisan War Powers Resolution regarding Iran. With our attack on Iran and the tragic loss of American servicemembers this week, the need for Congressional oversight has never been more urgent. You should support this resolution based on three core principles that align with your commitment to our state and the country: -- Constitutional Originalism: Article I, Section 8 is unambiguous: only Congress has the power to declare war. To allow any administration to engage in a sustained air campaign without an Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) is to bypass the highest law of the land and abdicate your duty as a legislator. You owe it to the people of our state to ensure that this administration operates within constitutional law. -- An "America First" Foreign Policy: Americans are tired of "forever wars" and nation-building exercises that lack clear exit strategies and defined objectives. We cannot afford to drift into a major regional conflict that drains our resources and distracts from critical issues at our own borders and within our own economy. -- Fiscal Responsibility: A war of choice in the Middle East will cost billions of taxpayer dollars. Without a formal debate and vote, there is no accountability for how this money is spent or what "victory" actually looks like. This is not a partisan issue; it is a matter of the rule of law. I am encouraged to see republican leaders co-sponsoring this effort to ensure that if our brave sons and daughters are sent into harm's way, it is because the people's representatives have debated and authorized it. I will be closely monitoring the results of tomorrow’s vote. I trust you will stand up for the Constitution and the interests of our state.

Oppose Federal Takeover of Elections and Protect State-Run Voting Systems Text SIGN PVUWWJ to 50409 — I am writing to urge you to oppose any federal takeover of our election system and to protect the constitutional authority of states to administer elections. ProPublica recently reported that on February 19, 2025, high-ranking federal election officials attended a summit where activists who worked to overturn the 2020 election pressed President Trump to declare a national emergency to take over the 2026 midterm elections. Attendees included Kurt Olsen, the White House lawyer charged with reinvestigating the 2020 election, Heather Honey from the Department of Homeland Security's election integrity office, and Clay Parikh from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The event was convened by Michael Flynn and attended by Cleta Mitchell, who directs the Election Integrity Network. According to the Washington Post, activists at this summit have been circulating a draft executive order that would ban mail-in ballots and eliminate voting machines as part of a federal takeover. Peter Ticktin, a lawyer who worked on the executive order, confirmed these actions were "all part of the same effort." Former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne told LindellTV that Trump should "declare a national emergency" to circumvent the Constitution's directive that elections should be run by states. This coordination between federal officials and election denial activists is deeply troubling. Brendan Fischer, a director at the Campaign Legal Center, warned that "the same people who tried to overturn the 2020 election have only grown better organized and are now embedded in the machinery of government. This creates substantial risk that the administration is laying the groundwork to improperly reshape elections ahead of the midterms or even go against the will of the voters." Our Constitution grants states the authority to run elections for good reason. I urge you to publicly oppose any national emergency declaration related to elections, to support legislation that would prevent federal takeover of state election systems, and to demand transparency about any coordination between federal officials and election denial activists. The integrity of our democracy depends on it.

Oppose Military Strikes Against Iran Text SIGN PZYODX to 50409 — I am writing to urge you to publicly oppose any military strikes against Iran and to use your position to prevent the Trump administration from launching an attack that could occur as soon as this weekend, according to recent CBS News reporting. Military action against Iran would be catastrophic for American interests and global stability. The 2003 Iraq War, launched on similarly rushed timelines, cost over 4,400 American lives, injured more than 32,000 service members, and cost taxpayers over two trillion dollars. Iran has three times Iraq's population and significantly more sophisticated military capabilities. Any strike would likely trigger a wider regional conflict involving Iranian proxy forces across the Middle East, putting thousands of American troops stationed in Iraq, Syria, and the Gulf at immediate risk. The economic consequences would be severe for your constituents. Iran has threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz, through which 21 percent of global petroleum passes daily. Such disruption would spike gas prices nationwide and destabilize markets already strained by inflation. American families cannot afford another Middle Eastern war that drains resources from domestic priorities like infrastructure, healthcare, and education. Diplomacy remains a viable path forward. The 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action successfully restricted Iran's nuclear program through verification and international cooperation. Rather than rushing toward military confrontation, the administration should pursue renewed diplomatic engagement with our European allies. I am asking you to take three specific actions immediately. First, issue a public statement opposing military strikes against Iran. Second, contact the White House directly to express congressional opposition to unilateral military action without proper authorization. Third, work with colleagues to assert Congress's constitutional authority over declarations of war. The American people did not elect leaders to stumble into another endless Middle Eastern conflict. I need to know where you stand on this urgent matter before any irreversible action is taken.
