About 235lbs. Feeling solid.
End of my bulk. I think I managed to add some new muscle, especially to my quads. Will do a health and maintenance phase for a bit before I cut. Ended about 235lbs.
238lbs.
I’m getting close to my heaviest weight (240lb). When bulking I focus on stimulating hypertrophy by increasing the intensity in some way compared to the last time I did the exercise. And then I eat more than usual. It actually takes a lot of food to keep in the caloric surplus needed to gain mass.

That’s the tricky part. I’m not counting calories. Just eating more than usual and figuring out it out intuitively.
Halfway thru my bulk. About 233lbs. I’ve increased my calories in the effort to remain in a surplus, but overshot a bit. It’s no big deal. I’m an amateur. I like the aesthetics of muscle and the game of transformation with intention. I don’t want to fixate about my body needing to be different.

I’ve decided that for this bulk rather than just post photos of my progress, I’ll talk about how I do bodybuilding. I’m not a trainer, but I have been working out consistently for 26 years. I’ll explain what’s worked for me. I believe that rather than rely on bro science, find what works for you.
