If I recall, Illinois passed their law for digital ID and are accepting sign ups for it

Same! Nobody knows what is running on it, who the technical owner is, or how to log into it. I’ve always said pull the power and see who comes running.

I’d rather watch Snapchat stories if somebody at a concert who recorded it all than go on Instagram
