Probably not a popular view, but imho the media has become addicted to outrage politics because it gets them clicks and views.
And, of course, the orange felon in the White House feeds the addiction.
Starmer doesn’t and I suspect that that’s more than small reason why the media goes after him.

On the left is someone White House doctors say is 6’3, 224 lbs with 4.8% body fat
If the White House is THAT dishonest about something so clear, why should we believe anything they say about anything?
The FBI guy is on a paranoid bender and won’t leave his room.
The War guy quotes bible passages from Pulp Fiction.

It’s an Idiocracy on steroids.
Very interesting piece this. Demonstrates the pervasive influence of "shitstalgia" while also highlighting that its some among the 60 pluses who need a social media ban and much more than the kids.
News report on Nigel Farage shitting himself
Would watch.
Can we please have a Bayern Arsenal Champions League final with Kane scoring the winner to leave the gooners trophyless? Is that too much to ask?

Tweet from Woking FC confirming Jermain Defoe as their new manager
Can’t even have Spurs appoint Jermain Defoe as their interim manager. Because of Woking.
Macadamias right up there with almonds for me.
As the police find no evidence whatsoever of illegal family voting or voter coercion in the Gorton and Denton by-election, the BBC should ask themselves why, on the morning of the result, they gave so much airtime to these absurd and obviously racist claims from Nigel Farage
Australians now have better mobility into the EU than Brits
“Under the new scheme, Australians can live and work in Europe for up to four years without needing a job offer before arrival.”

Why should any political donations other than a standard annual party membership fee (say £25) be permitted?
All other options allow wealthy people disproportionate political influence.
As opposed to Andy Cole as a pundit? They chose them to rile you as fans!
He was certainly afraid of Vietnam-style combat in Vietnam.
Hey ChatGPT! Can you make me some crude oil please? What do you mean you can’t? I thought you could do everything now? You useless piece of shit.
You’ve spelt it wrong…
This is amazing. Genuinely thought it was from The Onion when I first glanced at the title.
Outside chance of Leeds too, win-win-win-win
What the actual fuck?!
[We see a close up of a young white male, tanned, white teeth, coiffed hair clearly an influencer on social media. It is an image such as you see when social media posts are shown on the news. In the corner of the screen is named a location: DUBAI. He is staring slightly off-camera for several silent panels of the comic strip. His eyes move slightly. He is having a thought.] From off-screen a newsreader’s commentary comes: NEWSREADER: Extraordinary images here of an expat in Dubai [The influencer’s eybrows raise slightly] …Having their first ever geopolitical thought. [CUT TO a BBC news scene. The BBC newsreader CLIVE MYRIE is talking to an interviewee next to the screen showing the social media influencer’s face. The interviewee’s name is David Jones]. CLIVE MYRIE: To explain the significance of this moment we’re joined by David Jones, our Expat Thoughts correspondent DAVID JONES: Clive, this is momentous It was caught on film at the end of an Instagram post titled: ‘Dubai Is Brilliant’. [Pointing at the screen, the influencer’s expression still the same] You can clearly see in the eyebrows here, the dawning realisation that there *might* be something in the world beyond his dickhead self. It marks a *huge* departure from all the Dubai Expat’s previous thoughts. CLIVE MYRIE: Which are…? DAVID JONES: You've Got To Get Yourself Out Here Mate, Everything Is So Clean, I Don't Have To Pay Taxes, I Am Incurious As To Why I Do Not Have To Pay Taxes, and Spa. CLIVE MYRIE: And might we see an expansion of these new Thoughts in coming days? DAVID JONES: I think we can expect to see: “I Deserve To Be Airlifted By A Country I Pay No Tax To” CLIVE MYRIE: Mmm. [Ends]
I’d love a reporter to ask Trump-
“Mr President. The Trump organization is making more money now than it ever has. By huge amounts. More than YOU ever did, when you were in charge. Are you surprised that your sons are clearly much better businessmen than you ever were?”
What's happening in Dubai bolsters the argument taxes should be based on people's nationality, not just their country of residence (ie the US model).
If Brits living abroad can expect to be airlifted out by virtue of being British, they should pay some tax towards that.

Honestly the collective national level of disdain for Brits living in Dubai on all my social media platforms today really is bringing the UK together as one in a way that's hard to achieve in the modern era.
I hope as Tommy Robinson flees Dubai he settles in the first safe country he arrives in
Screenshot from GB News Twitter account. 'The most toxic by-election in British history: a masterclass in how diversity and multiculturalism have failed.' @PatrickChristys gives a breakdown of the controversial campaigns in the Gorton and Denton by-election, accusing the Greens of 'shamelessly pandering' to Muslims. A picture of Patrick Christys in a GB News studio.
GB News ran a piece about the Greens "shamelessly pandering to Muslims"
Imagine any other broadcasting channel running a piece suggesting "shamelessly pandering to Jews"
That person would be kicked off the air quite rightly, within hours, but say it about Muslims and that's okay...
Apparently🤷♀️
I’m not hits biggest fan but thought he had a good game yesterday, especially when out wide.
