I thought they changed it so you need it for catch up too s few years back? I don’t have a TV, but do watch stuff occasionally on iPlayer. I’m asked periodically to confirm I have a licence, but I don’t think it asks for details.

Busted! That face says it all! Adorable!
That looks delicious! 😋 My favourite, closely followed by this… still fresh out of the oven! Dying to tuck in, but it needs to cool and is (sadly) due to be shared with others! Basque Chocolate Cheesecake.
What planet (or drugs!) are those 9% on? 🤯
"The EHRC’s exclusionary interim guidance has had a devastating impact on trans people’s lives"
“Now the guidance has been withdrawn, so should the exclusionary policies that organisations rashly implemented in its aftermath. If not, they could find themselves in hot water.”
Thank you, I will get in touch.
Can anyone recommend a source of support / advocacy for a young person in 16+ education setting in England who is being excluded from single-sex facilities. Trans-Legal are closed to new cases. They really need someone to fight their corner (parents are not supportive). Feel free to DM me.
It was lovely to see you!
Thank you! We need many more MPs to stand up and say the same.
Ditto 😩
Worth noting the EHRC guidance goes further than the Supreme Court ruling. If implemented in its fullest it will ensure trans and non-binary individuals are excluded from socialising, work, school, basically being allowed to be in public for any periods of time.

As the EHRC refuses to make public evidence for its new guidance, MPs can find out how trans people have responded by asking the Minister Post author By jane fae Post date 5 September 2025 For immediate release: 5 September 2025 Our friends at TACC have discovered yet more evidence of shocking EHRC cover-up. An FOI request reveals that the EHRC is not planning to publish a report on its public consultation until AFTER its new Code of Practice has gone all the way through Parliament, and is a “done deal”. FOI re. EHRC consultation process FOI re. EHRC consultation process When the new Code is laid in Parliament, MPs will have 40 days to carefully scrutinise and evaluate it. But how can they carry out this important Parliamentary duty without any insight into the public’s 50,000+ submissions to the EHRC’s obligatory consultation?
MPs will have no idea whether the EHRC integrated any of those stakeholder responses into its finalised Code – or ignored them entirely. Luckily, TransActual and TACC anticipated exactly this problem. They asked individuals and organisations to share their EHRC public consultation submissions with them. The result was a massive 10-volume dossier, which we have delivered directly to the heart of Government. Spread of pages from TransActual EHRC consultation doc Spread of pages from TransActual EHRC consultation doc Any MP who genuinely wants to know the questions, fears and concerns the public have raised about the EHRC’s new Code doesn’t need to sit in the dark while the EHRC conceals its report until it is too late. They simply need to go to the offices of Equalities Ministers Bridget Phillipson and Nia Griffith, and ask to read the completely uncensored submissions already in their possession.
@equalityhumanright.bsky.social are withholding their consultation report till after the Code is a “done deal”
But we sent copies of the public’s submissions direct to @bphillipsonmp.bsky.social & @niagriffith.bsky.social
Any MPs can view this dossier *right now*

Many MPs we’ve spoken to are now ready to help.
❗️BUT they’ve advised that they need you—as constituents—to keep writing in❗️

Along with over 80 partner organisations, we are writing to MPs across the UK calling for robust Parliamentary scrutiny of the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s (EHRC) forthcoming Code of Practice on Services, Public Functions and Associations.

Great. You can just email the same addresses that you did to share the spreadsheet. That will link in Carys and myself. If you need these again, that’s fine.
Happy to help leverage support for the letter writing campaign via our Safe Spaces network. Just keep me in the loop.
A concrete thing every UK person who cares about trans rights can do right now:
1. Email a link of this report to your MP, with highlights from the executive summary in your email. Ask them what it means for your constituency and their party - highlight trans people's legally mandated human rights
Virgin Group are still 20% shareholders apparently. I think it’s fair to say it still tarnishes their reputation by association, even if not their decision.
Interesting to see what mainstream press coverage this gets, if any. 👀
And if you own a business, you can sign this letter to raise concerns. Or encourage employers or local businesses to respond.

8000 peacefully marched at Trans Pride in Manchester on Saturday. No media coverage at all, but the 600 fascists thugs that turned up to a Britain First rally made the headlines.
Thanks, I will share with our network.
Is it worth us asking businesses to do the same? I’m part of the Safe Space United Kingdom network and we have lots of businesses who have signed up as trans inclusive places.
I’m pretty sure I read that the Co-op are sticking with their trans and inclusion policy colleagues.coop.co.uk/transgender-...
Well deserved!
