Is this the Epley manoeuvre? I have Ménière’s rather than BPPV so it doesn’t work for me. :(

I have Ménière’s, though. It’s not crystals, which is annoying because at least there’s a treatment for that.

Oh, I’m sorry. It’s dreadful and really poorly understood. The Epley manoeuvre doesn’t work for me. The steroid nasal spray helped before but it’s doing nothing this time.

Had a vertigo attack in work today, much worse than the last one. My lovely workmates had to wheelchair me to the car park and drive me home. I’m so lucky to have them but I’m so worried that this is becoming regular. It’s too unpredictable to plan for. It can’t keep happening.
