Hi, I do wash them and place each one directly on the prepared surface where they will be cooked, so that there minimal risk of contaminating the surfaces. A lot of cooking methods require handling the raw chicken breading,marinating) I prefer to handle chicken with less salmonella while I do that.

RFK wants to “pause” drug development for 8 years! Does he even know what that means? Drug development means thousands of labs investigating basic mechanisms of disease, preclinical testing , clin trials. It is so nuts I cannot even begin… anyway. We need to strategize what we must do about it.
