I want to post some thoughts for anyone Christmassing with older relatives who notices things being a bit odd this year. It’s a common time to recognise some dementia symptoms in someone you love, because we all get together for several days instead of just a few hours

Reminder that if you ever need a meal and can't afford it, find your local gurudwara, they will feed you a great hot meal for free, you won't even have to fetch a plate for yourself and they'll also give you a place to crash if you don't have one and there's room. gurudwara is open to all always

I have the opportunity to lead a dyscalculia webinar for teachers next spring. What would YOU find the most helpful topic for me to talk about? What would you like the most help with regarding dyscalculia in the classroom? Please let me know in the Comments section and thank you!

Before you even think about teaching a child to form letters with a pen/pencil it helps to see if they can do basic patterns such as lines and wiggles. These wipe clean circles stick (and re-stick) onto any surface and are lots of fun to practise on. #EduSkyPrimary
