The #Zelda Archive has been without updates for far too long. I spent the entire weekend completely redesigning the site and adding dozens of new entries.
There is still much more work to do, and I plan to make monthly updates throughout 2025.

This video from Impapedia is an interesting comparison of the enemy variety of the newer open world #Zelda games and older games in the series.
I think they reached a solid conclusion about the physics engine limiting types of enemies and encouraging variants instead.

This recent article from @zeldauniverse.bsky.social got me thinking about the design choices of #EchoesOfWisdom (again).
It must be incredibly difficult to build a game that can be "solved" in so many ways. But the results are so satisfying.
