I was at the LA gig at the El Rey on that Strokes/Doves tour! Seen Brandi Carlile a bunch of times but only since like 2022 and she was already pretty big. My wife was into her since the early oughts though, would’ve been cool to see her in the bar/club era.

Those movies are a master class in set design, costume design, and practical effects. They’ve aged reasonably well in large part due to the choices they made on practical vs CG effects.
