I did an MA when my kids were small (like 3 and 6) and an EdD when they were 10 and 13. 3 and 6 was easier than 10 and 13–I missed out on way more. Supportive partner and children made all the difference.

I keep asking myself “What do we want our society to look like?” That is what drives me and the work I do…
