True, and my Cotton climbs on my stomach as well, if I’m lying on my back.
I could only do part time because I was working. When I finally graduated, a friend said she didn’t think I would make it, and that surprised me because I knew I would just keep on going until I did.
I got mine at 50 as well!
We have somehow (or by design) lost the concept of public health.
My late dog Sandy was part of this study. Excellent work!
Connie Willis is one of my very favorite authors!
Amazing how much it grates on me when people used "manned" for "crewed."
As a Christian, I am appalled by the war crimes being committed in Jesus’s name by this administration. But, honestly, I’m even more appalled that they are being committed in my name.
So sorry for the loss of your beloved companion! Run free, Barnaby!
Trans friends, thank you for being you, and for, when you can, sharing yourselves with a world that is so frequently undeserving of the light you bring to it. I love and support you, always. 🏳️⚧️🫂🫶
So sorry for the loss of your beloved kitty.
One of my favorites!

So sorry for the loss of your beloved companion!

I went to law school when I was working at Amgen and interacting daily with the FDA, which was under resourced in many ways but employed many lawyers. I wanted to level the playing field. When I left Amgen, I ended up practicing elder law and health law. Later, I taught health law to undergraduates.
I changed my name in a past marriage so that my husband and children and I all had the same last name. But when I remarried at 75, I never even considered it. Although it is my ex-husband’s last name, I’ve had it for four decades and am known by it.
I am a registered nurse who went to law school later in life and was admitted to the bar at 61. Although I didn’t practice long, I’ve never been sorry for my legal education. I love the law and I used to be a Supreme Court junkie (but no more).
It absolutely is!
My mind can’t get around how reprehensible this is!
😂
Yes, and overwhelming sadness.
Holding you in prayer. I hope that you are taking someone with you.
His lack of respect for the Constitution and our military is one.
I think he wears it to keep his hairpiece in place.
