What's striking about the #NRL ladder 🪜 after seven rounds is how low Melbourne are. I've no doubt they'll rally and get into the 8 though. It's a testament to how prolific they've been for so many years that seeing them down the wrong end of the table is bizarre. A bit like Penrith last year early.

What a win for that busted Eels side against Canterbury. Fully deserved it. Back to the drawing board for the Bulldogs.

From about 1985 to 2000 we had every game Wigan played on television taped to VCR.
My stepdad even went as far as to catalogue them in an A4 jotter. Shelves and drawers full of tapes. They eventually moved with him when we kicked him out after mam died. I kept a few but they ended up at the tip 😔

I took this from a nostalgia page on another platform but remember my Grandad having VHS tapes labelled like this with Wigan matches recorded on.

The neighbours next door to where I grew up must've had hundreds of these all with Wigan wins and all correctly labelled.
