Examining the Effects of the New Public Service Model (NPS) and New Public Management Model (NPM) on Organizational Efficiency in the Saudi Ground Services Company - Public Organization Review This study examines the effects of the New Public Service and New Public Management models on organizational efficiency within the Saudi Ground Services Company. Utilizing a survey of 342 employees, the findings demonstrate that both models significantly enhance objective achievement, timeframe, and cost savings, with reliability and service quality emerging as the most critical factors. Notably, the implementation timeframe has the greatest influence on efficiency. The study recommends integrating both models, improving service accessibility and digital infrastructure, and focusing on employee training to align with Saudi Vision 2030, thus achieving a balance between citizen-focused services and organizational efficiency.
