To help myself, I try to keep hope by to remember that while bad things are inevitable good things are possible if we keep trying. Thinking of hope being that attempt helps sometimes.

Hello! I too see much value in other peoples' lives and thus would be happy to support other people through my taxes because I actually care about caring for people! Especially children!
I just want everyone to have a nice life; please can we use taxes for that?

A horrific attack. A pregnant woman was shot and killed by a terrorist on the way to the hospital to give birth. Our hearts are with her family and loved ones.

This is pure terror. There is absolutely no justification.

That is very unfortunate.
Lines must be drawn to prevent bad politics such as fascism to take over but that line should accommodate good, moral people who still uphold civil and human rights.
Some disagreement is expected but respect should be mutual and is needed to bridge gaps & truly help people.
