Quote about bad sleep from Murder in a Cornish Teashop by Fliss Chester

Not sure why these quotes jumped out at me. Maybe because I've been feeling a bit sleep deprived recently.

The first talks about bad quality sleep. The second is a different kind of sleep problem entirely -- see them both at buff.ly/C9EOY7a

Today is National Tea Day! Who knew? I used to drink boatloads of coffee, but for years tea has been my beverage of choice. How about you?

Tea? Or coffee? ☕☕☕

(Not coincidentally, the main character in DROWNING IN DECEPTION is a big tea drinker as well.)

Why April 15 Always Makes Me Nervous My sister was born on April 15, a date tied to assassinations, shipwrecks, and other disasters.

It's hard to unlearn lessons learned in early childhood, like the fact that April 15 is a day designed for disasters. . .

On my recent trip home from Panama, I had an airport experience like none I’d ever had before. In a good way!! (Are you surprised? I was.)

Panamanian Party Math: “It’ll End by 11” Last weekend I was invited to a Panamanian friend’s 70th birthday party. I learned first-hand that birthday celebrations in Panama are not what I'm used to.

File under Famous Last Words: "It'll be over by 10:30 or 11." Sure, if by 11 you mean 2 in the morning. I think Panamanians learned a different kind of math than I did. It wreaked havoc with my #WritingRetreat, but still, it was a fun party.
