this is an illegal order. the president does not have the legal authority to discriminate against entire categories of americans on the basis of sex. this order is no different than if he had issued one reinstituting segregation.

I truly cannot imagine the strength it must take to be a trans person living in America right now, nor the fear that even the strongest undoubtedly have to live with at all times. It's sickeningly and horrifyingly inhumane, even by 2025 standards.
