Here is a lighting plot, BTS pic and 2d layout for the previous post. To give a little perspective the lighting and camera move took several days to set up. Obviously the set build took much longer.
Here is another Cuphead post. This is the shot without any 2d. Somewhat of a challenge to match the 2d layout in 3 dimensions.

BTS from a shot I did for the Sponge on the Run movie. Huge rear-screen sky w/separate sun source. You can just see the moco rig and some FG black lights at the bottom right. This was for the singing cacti in Keanu’s head if I remember correctly.

One of my prized possessions is a DVD of this documentary. Which I believe I first saw presented in 16mm circa 1993? The beginning of the end of the illusion of the solo auteur director in my mind.
