Best decision I made starting in January is working on my health. It’s been a hard six months but progress is being made and that’s all I need. I feel good, I feel great and I’m loving life. Even though some of the pieces haven’t fell into place, God has been blessing me in ways that I can’t even begin to describe.

I had to slow down on my drinking too cause whew one drink turns into ten and it was giving functioning alcoholic 😩

I locked in at the gym in January as well and working out helped so much with me quitting vaping.

I didn’t realize how much vaping was affecting my mental especially my anxiety

I stopped vaping in January and that was the best decision I have ever made

This is my season for grace, for favor

Waiting for a hour for a 15 minute appointment is insane

Now why was my doctor appointment at 10 and I’m still waiting in the lobby 🤦🏾‍♀️
