The @pahousedems.com are fighting to lower utility costs and ease the burden on ratepayers like you. And that's what my bill does - makes electricity contracts more transparent so you know exactly what you're paying for.

It's time for PA Senate Republicans to pass a #PaBudget that invests in mass transit and public education for a better future.
When routes are cut and schedules are slashed, communities suffer. Students are stranded, parents scramble for after-school activities, and opportunities dwindle. Transit is vital for education, jobs, and economic growth.
In this week's email update, I share the latest SEPTA funding negotiations in Harrisburg, programs designed to help you and my upcoming events!

In this week's e-mail, I joined my fellow legislators in speaking out against the Trump administration's so-called "Big Beautiful Bill" and how it will hurt the 163rd District.

In Pennsylvania, we need policies that strengthen the middle class and lift up those who are struggling, not legislation that rigs the system even further in favor of the wealthy few.

Thousands across our district will lose Medicaid and SNAP benefits, we’re losing clean energy tax credits to blow up the national debt. And what is the gain? Tax cuts to the ultra-rich.

I joined my fellow legislators yesterday to speak out against the Trump administrations so called “Big Beautiful Bill.” We made our stance clear, this big, UGLY bill will make substantial cuts to vital services that we cannot fill on the state level.

Parts of Delaware County are under a Code Orange Airy Quality Action Day today due to high ozone levels caused by wildfire smoke and hot weather.
If you're young, elderly or have respiratory issues like asthma, please try to stay indoors and limit outdoor activities today.
Contraceptives are not just for preventing pregnancy—they also help treat conditions like endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Basic preventative care should not be a luxury only available to some.
It is now up to the Senate to do the right thing and pass this bill!
Under the current presidential administration, we have seen policy proposals that threaten access to contraceptives available to women.
I proudly voted for H.B. 1140, which would require health insurers, Medicaid and CHIP to cover contraceptive drugs, devices and services. 1/2
Last week, the PA House passed a resolution congratulating the Philadelphia Eagles on their amazing Super Bowl victory! May 7, 2025, will now be known as “Philadelphia Eagles Day at the Capitol.”
To celebrate, the Eagles lent not one but TWO Lombardi Trophies to the House Floor!

This is money for whatever you want or need to spend it on!

Especially during this unstable political climate, it’s more important than ever that we gather to remember the victims and honor the survivors of the Holocaust.
I was honored to attend the Civic Commemoration of the Holocaust yesterday in Harrisburg.
It was so moving listening to Leah Leisowitz deliver her grandmother Ester Bratt's compelling and courageous story of surviving the Holocaust death camps.
Join us and local environmental groups and businesses for the annual Delco Environmental Expo.
The expo will be at Rose Tree County Park in Media and will run from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m on Saturday, May 3. RSVP at:
