So, what's left to do? I'm hoping to get this army up to 1000pts, so I'll finish those three remaining infantry squads, as well as a second 100mm and crew, another officer, a medic squad, a dozen kitbashed Lancers made out of Prussian Landwehr, and I've got a light tank platoon almost done! Mighty!

And finally, a dutiful crew mans a 100mm Czech cannon. Here I think my custom basing mix really shines, with a mix of sands, shingle, small stones, scale bricks, and wooden planks (made of lollipop sticks) clearly visible across the whole base. It looks so wonderfully grim! (5/5)
The platoon's designated marksman reloads his trusty Springfield sniper rifle, keeping a beady eye out for any Kraut officers slinking through the fresh ruins of Warsaw. (4/5)
Next is the first of four squads, this one being a kitbashed squad of veterans with adrian helmets, gas masks, and two SMGs. I know Poland can't take them in a squad as of now, but I'm hoping the Armies of the Allies book will fix that - they had quite a few available to them at the time. (3/5)
First up, an aging, silvery veteran of the Great War, now finding himself in yet another global conflict - though this time as a platoon commander, leading his men and his trusty battle-dog to whatever victories he can manage to steal. (2/5)
Hey all, been in a bit of a creative drought the last half a year, but managed to get back into Bolt Action by @warlordgames.com . Strap in for some pictures of my Polish force that's hit the halfway mark of completion! (1/5)
Took a break from the hobby due to life stuff, but I am back to share a new project! A Hot Wheels Ford GT-40, dirtied up and crewed by deranged cowboy wannabes for #Gaslands because I wanna try and learn how to play. This one will belong to a vicious team of all-60s American cars!
To be honest, drawing the checker boards is actually very calming for me! 😅 And the luck stuff hasn't affected me too much yet, I've only dropped a couple! When I have the whole company done I'll post the entire thing for all to see.
The first five of these were actually the first models of this army I had - the first models in general actually. My dad had the original boxed game, and I took the marines about fifteen years ago - so you could say this army's been a long time coming, though I only started in earnest two years ago.
I've picked one of my older paused projects back up - my Rogue Trader Lamenters! So close to having the entire 3rd Company painted up, but here's Squad Primus - hardy veterans from 1990's Space Crusade, identified by the choicest picks of gear, and checkered greaves. #paintingwarhammer #warhammer
That makes sense, I can see how they look a little bit Votann, but then the base Saturnine sculpts never really looked a lot like Space Marines anyway. With the same paint scheme and insignias, they look mostly at home next to the regular Marine models!
I appreciate the kind words! ❤️
So I wasn't happy with how the test Saturnine looked, and I've built the last three without the shoulder pads, and instead with 3D printed insignias and blast helmets like Inceptors, to lean into their astronaut look. I think these look way better, like lost prototypes. #warhammer #paintingwarhammer
Yes, yes, more World Eaters, I know - I've been focussing on them quite hard to get a playable force ready for the beginnings of an escalation league next month. Here's a Saturnine terminator, with a 3D printed head, shoulder pads, and extra-large back generators! #warhammer #paintingwarhammer
The full squad of Outriders is done. I gave a couple of them bionic limbs, and the sergeant's horse a set of plasma guns instead of bolters. I loved painting these so much, and they look fantastic as a full unit - now I'm just struck with the need to make five more! :'( #warhammer #paintingwarhammer
The head is fully custom, with the eyes being boltguns, and jewelry chain making up the reins identical to my Rampagers with kusarigama from before. The neck is also custom, and I included the horse's original spine amongst the cables and pistons. #warhammer
Painted a test model for an outrider squad for my Samurai World Eaters - I took a Krieg death rider and 3D printed the entire rider and head to make a grim horseman ready to charge the enemy lines. So much more thematic than motorbikes could ever be, and a truly grimdark result. #warhammer

It may not be the right pink, but it is perfect!
Also finished off this old half-done project - an old forgotten OOP Forge World model, the Preyton! It's such a horrific thing, so I decided to try a more muted, high-contrast grimdark style. Not my cup of tea, I prefer my stuff to be more bright and eye-catching, but it was a fun experiment.
Here's a custom WE Typhon - I had a spare Spartan lying around which wasn't being used, so I chopped the front off and redid it in plasticard with a 3D printed cannon, prow spikes and doors. This came out really nicely, but I can't help thinking I should open up the top and add some sandbags...
Additionally, more WEs - a squad of five Rampagers with meteor hammers/barb lashes, which I've turned into kusarigama. They were so much fun to model the parts in 3D, and pose them using wire and jewelry chains. Got more on the way - axe-y despoilers, and dreadnoughts, plus a Typhon and/or Cerberus!
As promised, a World Eaters dreadnought, stomping on a traitorous brother (or a Blood Angel, if I run him as a traitor himself). Arms are fully magnetised. Mostly 3D printed but using the old Berzerker Dreadnought body because it looks amazing with the split legion icon!

More Samurai World Eaters - my Praetor, with a double bionic arm, and my banner bearer. I love how these guys came out, all 3D printed apart from the banners from Warlord Ashigaru and the body of the Praetor which was a Judiciar originally. This army's gonna look amazing when it's all together.
don’t talk to me or my son or my son’s son or my son’s son’s son or my son’s son’s son’s son ever again
Aaaaand some kid at the LGS already knocked it off the table and broke it. Didn't even say sorry. This has not been my week...
Got my hands on the Gundam TCG Wing set, cuz I wanted more of the models after the Zaku - Behold, my Tallgeese, painted in a Spartan-inspired colour scheme! I had a ton of fun subtly reposing this guy to look a bit more dynamic, and made the base out of milliput. The pair of bodyguard Leos are next!
Hey all - Only a day or two ago, this got revealed finally - took half a year, but I participated in the Frankengramps project with the Backloggers group. I did the backpack, everyone did a piece in secret - very awesome project, and came out amazing!
