Remeshed it in Blender, modeled the internal cylinder, both models printed perfectly first time, I didn't had to measure anything and everything matched! Im very impressed with how useful it is

It is actually not so easy to get a good scan as I assumed. I think Im only now, after many fails getting the hang of it and actually being able to get a usable result

btw, this battery is totally overkill, I didn't needed a battery like that at all for just those lights, but it was the only one I had that wouldn't also fry the lights...

Adding LEDs to this thing was more work than I expected...
There is a whole internal contraption to hold the battery in place, the electronics and connect it all on the broom stick.. in the end, it is just friction mounted, adjusted with electrical tape. lol

This was harder than I expected, This was the first time I used printed stickers on a piece instead of just painting. It was also one of the largest things I ever printed with resin!
