I'm looking forward to it, I can't put my finger on it why, but this game just calls to me. I did enjoy the gems of ps3 tho.
Outer box of the videogame Thank Goodness You're Here physical edition. Artwork sbows the town and approaching road.
Art cards and stickers.
Cover of the included booklet
Front cover of the game's box.
I've pretty much uttered the game's title as soon as it dropped through the mailbox. It's a gorgeous beauty. π Thank you so much for making this happen @toadsanime.lostincult.co.uk and everyone at @lostincult.co.uk Can't wait to do another run.
you start making a game on a whim in your living room and a couple of years later the vinyl soundtrack is sitting on display in a Japanese record store. crazy
Slowly making progress on the first DMC, hunting eggs in Dreamlight Valley, and finally finished my first run in Date Everything
Oh...my god. A boxed copy of Rhythm Tebgoku. π Must...resist.... (When I was in Japan a few years ago, I could only find the cartridge. π₯²)
I think Kim Newman's Life's Lottery is a great read, for the story, and its format, bit hard to come by a physical copy these days though.
Enjoy, well deserved! Also very jelly of that t-shirt. π
That is absolutely brilliant π
Will repost this until someone actually hires this bean.
Have fallen into a bit of a nostalgia loop. Played through the OG Resident Evil again, bc anniversary, both characters, and I realised I had a craving that wasn't satisfied. So did a rerun of Dino Crisis three times, and now I'm on my 4th run of og Re2. I might have gotten carried away a bit. π
Looking great! π
It's like the AI bosses are competing to say the most obscenely, mask-off evil thing possible today.
It's illegal to accidentally drive over a bus lane, but these freaks can gloat about destroying our futures, freedoms, and humanity openly, and we're not even allowed to lynch them in the streets.
So yeah, I'm lowkey wishing for the availability of old ps1 titles receiving the above treatment, such as:
- Dino Crisis 2
- Both Parasite Eves
- Both Pandemoniums
- Both Persona 2s
- Galerians
- Xenogears
Yeah like I'm not demanding at all. One can dream I suppose.
...in a similar, easy to access and play form on the PS5. The chances of that happening are quite minimal, but I can only hope, as I only have access to a tablet PC and sorting that to go out to the TV and an emulator is beyond what I'm capable of faffing about with.
While being under a bit of anniversary haze, and doing a rerun of the og Resident Evil (and Dino Crisis while I was at it), I realised I have a bit of a longing for some other titles I miss or missed out on back then from the ps1 library...
A figure of Kirby, his container box, and a Yoshi mug sitting neatly in line on a radiator.
The last place I have expected to find Kirby merch was bloody Morrisons. Pez dispensers maybe? Yes. But not toys! π―π Feels like how I got my all episodes Jem dvd collection at a Sainsbury's. π
Hekki grace! That is gorgeous, nice catch! π
NEW: Inside the failure of Highguard, which flopped so badly that developer Wildlight laid off most of its staff just two weeks after release.
Here's the story behind why people loved working at Wildlight, why Tencent pulled funding, and how it all fell apart: www.bloomberg.com/news/newslet...

Poster for the Looney Tunes movie The Day the Earth Blew Up, showing Porky Pig and Duffy Duck holding onto each other, looking terrified, on the roof of their house with an alien spaceship hovering above them.
This was quite fun, made me feel nostalgic and I think it works as a Looney Tunes film. Glad Ketchup saved it, now waiting for Coyote vs. Acme. :D
Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear π’ My condolences.
Hope this goes in your favour, the shit people get up to, honestly. π‘ Try and do everything you can, you have proof, and they refuse to show evidence, and after the whole ordeal is over, make sure to give them negative buyer feedback, hope that's still an option.
They can share the green plant if the need arises. :)
They want almost $1 trillion valuation for a business that has never made money, is uncertain when/if/how it will, has yet to make a plausible case for how its product benefits customers/businesses/society, and they're burning creative industries, job security, information, and the world for it.
Luckily they have, yes! I have the physical PS3 version of that collection.
Happy heavenly birthday to Neal Boyd. Neal created a number of levels in the original Tomb Raider games and he sadly passed away in 2020.
The list of Tomb Raider levels by Neal:
Whoa, did not know DT had a physical! π± Nice!
I think you'd enjoy QC, it's basically Portal with a twist, and it's funny and weird. :)
Another that came to mind is PixelJunk Eden, bet you have that already. I think there's a PixelJunk 3in1 Disc out there in the wild that has it but it's rare.
How about Quantum Conondrum? Also DuckTales remastered, but that was delisted I think. Same for EarthWorm Jim HD. I enjoyed the episodic Back to the Future. If I remember correctly none had physicals or ps4 re-releases. I wonder if Loco Roco Cocoreccho is still up. Oh, and Tales of Monkey Island.
