Not sure how effective this hypothetical response is. Republicans would likely just point out that Hunter Biden was, in fact, convicted on federal gun charges and indicted for tax fraud. That’s what the pardon was for.

UPDATE: She unfollowed, but hasn’t blocked. Something for us to build on.
